In a spectacular setting in the heart of the South Downs National Park, the gallery is housed in a converted Sussex barn and three acre landscaped garden, dogs and children are always welcome. With the current social distancing restrictions we are an ideal venue to view art and sculpture in peace and safety. Please contact us if you would like to view our current exhibitions. We are delighted to have this new collection of paintings by David Humphreys inspired by his long association with the Outer Hebrides. Half Scottish by birth, David has roamed the islands by land and sea for over forty years.
These new works are a distillation of those experiences.

Autumn Exhibition

Opens October 30th

Our Autumn show will open on October 30th. This will have a strong emphasis on sculpture with works by leading British Contemporary sculptors arranged in the sculpture garden creating a safe environment for our visitors. The paintings will include works produced specially for the gallery by amongst others David Humphreys, Oona Campbell, Vivienne Williams, Anthony Garratt, Rosie Copeland and some stunning early works by John Hitchens.
